Not comfortable or worth the price

Not worth the price - you can get a bigger one at Target right now for less. It isn't comfortable and the supports on the bottom are wood, so I'm assuming they will break at some point. You can't return it at Target (you have to ship it back), so I will lose $$ if I did that and it isn't worth the hassle.

futon smells replacement futon smells

Futon mattress smelled badly--wouldn't be able to sleep on it. Target sent another total order, they couldn't just replace the mattress. The replacement mattress also smells very unpleasantly. How do I return these two shipments, as I don't have the wrapping from the initial order.
